Rich Neck Manor is Talbot County's earliest land grant (1649/1651), The main block of the house was built for Samuel Harrison ca. 1824, Original pine floors, late Federal paneled doors and surrounds, elegant three-story staircase, mantelpieces, etc. The brick dairy (12 x 22) is an architectural "folly" built by Harrison, now used as a chapel.
